The currency for the purchases in our store is in euro.
Shipment cost
For the shipments inside Greece the cost is adjusted accordingly to the pricelist of ELTA Courier.
For the shipments outside Greece the cost is adjusted accordingly to the pricelist of ELTA.
The shipment cost include any packing cost.
The shipment and packaging cost are different for each purchase and are depended from the final amount.
In case that the shipment returns because of customer negligence there will be a charge only for the shipment cost even if in the first shipment there was no shipment cost.
Replacements and returns are accepted only after communication with our sales department.
Payment options
You can copmlete your order by selecting any of the following payment options
- Card Payment through Alpha Bank system
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of ” Alpha e-Commerce”of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
- Pay in cash when you receive your order. In this option there is an additional fee 2,5€.
- Pay with PayPal: Automatic transition and transaction through the electronic platform of PayPal.
